The following are the Terms and Conditions of the CFNA Peak Performers Program (“Program”), issued and controlled by Credit First National Association (“CFNA”). Enrollment in the Program constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions. CFNA reserves the right to alter, change or terminate the program in its sole discretion.
To be eligible to enroll in the Program you must be an active CFNA Dealer employee or Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) employee. CFNA will determine all promotional criteria for your location; including when your location will participate in the Program, the promotion dates and reward amounts.
Employees are only eligible for enrollment in one CFNA Peak Performers Program. Multiple enrollments will be void. Each employee is responsible for reading the program rules and promotional criteria in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the Program, as well as the structure for earning rewards.
Corporations, groups and/or associated entities cannot enroll as Program members. If you have been previously terminated from participation in the Program by CFNA then you are not eligible to enroll in the Program.
To enroll in the Program, visit www.CFNAPeakPerformers.com and click on the link entitled “Enroll in Program.” You will be required to provide your 6-digit store number and store zip code to begin the enrollment process. Complete the required fields including your social security number. Your social security number is required for tax purposes. No reward will be issued without a social security number.
All non BSRO employees are required to provide their full name, address and social security number during the CFNA Peak Performers Program enrollment process. All earnings received from the CFNA Peak Performers Program may be subject to taxation. If the filing of a Form 1099 is required, then a copy will be provided to the recipient.
All BSRO employees will be taxed through BSRO payroll, for all earnings received from the CFNA Peak Performers Program. All employee information is required during the CFNA Peak Performers Program enrollment process, including your social security number.
In order to qualify for CFNA Peak Performers, you must process applications or open new accounts during your store’s promotional period. CFNA will determine your location’s promotional period and criteria. You can view your store’s promotional dates and criteria upon enrollment at www.CFNAPeakPerformers.com.
For an account to qualify as purchase activated, the account must be a new account and must have a qualifying minimum purchase (determined by CFNA) applied to the credit card. The account must have the minimum sale amount applied to the card within 10 days of opening the account to qualify as “purchase activated.”
CFNA may require a minimum amount of processed applications or purchase activated accounts that must be opened during your store’s promotional period to qualify. Only processed applications or purchase activated accounts that meet the minimum purchase requirement and minimum qualifier within your store’s promotional period will qualify for rewards. CFNA will validate every processed application you claim, including the customer’s social security number and date of application. CFNA will validate every purchase activated account you claim, including the account number, date of sale, and sale amount.
You play an important part in protecting your customer’s confidential information. A credit card account number is confidential and the loss or misuse of this information could be costly for your store. Do not share this information with any unauthorized party or use it for any purpose other than as directed by the customers. Any account information that is written down by the participant must be immediately destroyed.
It is your responsibility to keep track of your claims. Any illegitimate claims submitted on www.CFNAPeakPerformers.com will disqualify you from the Program.
You will be granted a fifteen (15) day grace period to claim processed applications or purchase activated accounts after the promotion ends. For example, if the promotion ends on January 31st, you will have until February 15th to enter all remaining account information that qualifies for payment. Any claims submitted after the fifteen (15) day grace period will not receive credit.
You will be paid through a reloadable MasterCard card. Your card will arrive at your home address within ten (10) days of your first funding. The card will have the same features as a prepaid card and will come equipped with a PIN (Personal Identification Number), allowing you to withdraw cash at any participating ATM. Your MasterCard card will have a two (2) year expiration period.
Your MasterCard card will be reloaded twice a month for each new qualifying claim you submit during your store’s promotional period. Dates are subject to change due to holidays and/or any other reason as defined by the CFNA Promotions Team.
Any situation arising that is not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be referred to the CFNA Promotions Team for review. The decision of the Promotions Team will be final.

The CFNA Peak Performers Program is serviced through ST&P Communications. ST&P is responsible for issuance and funding of your MasterCard reloadable card, the CFNA Peak Performers Program Customer Service (1-877-369-5084), and the creation and hosting of the CFNA Peak Performers Program www.CFNAPeakPerformers.com.
The CFNA Peak Performers Program is issued by Credit First National Association. CFNA reserves the right to alter, change or terminate the program in its sole discretion. CFNA reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions and to the Program, including terminating the Program, with or without notice to you. This program is void where prohibited by local, state, or federal law. Offer available only in the United States.
